Joseph is a British, gender non conforming artist and beauty expert. With his artistic ventures for Google, the LGBT collaboration channel Perfect Androgyny and his groundbreaking beauty tutorials, he has amassed more than 100m Youtube views. Harwood’s focus today includes environmentalism, product development, and inclusivity, which has evolved into a modern lifestyle blog entitled Agitprop. Harwood has designed and launched many cosmetic lines and products as a trained cosmetic formulacist and creative director

Paul has been actively involved in the LGBT Community for over 30 years. As a member of the Greater Manchester Mayor’s LGBT Advisory Group, Paul is one of a panel of specialists working to tackle inequalities faced by lesbian, gay, bi and trans people. Paul is also Chair of The National LGB&T Partnership which is a network of English LGB&T service delivery organisations. Paul is a member of the National LGBT Ministerial Advisory Panel – ensuring the Government meets its commitment to improving lives as set out in the landmark LGBT Action Plan.

Nicky is part of the EMEA recruiting team at Facebook and a member of the London pride@ committee where she has been committed and passionate about helping to develop the LGBTQ+ agenda for the thriving London community. As a proud gay woman her own journey fuelled her passion for inclusion in the workplace and creating a safe environment where people can do their best work.
Host and Prince's Trust Executive & Commonwealth Champion
Pritpal is in his fourth year working at The Prince’s Trust with A Focus on education. He is currently leading the way forward as a Commonwealth Champion for Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, connecting international communities ages 11-30 through global citizenship education. As an active member of The Prince’s Trust LGBTQ+ group ‘PULSE’ and cultural awareness network ‘PT CAN’, his work largely focuses on connecting communities on social mobility and inclusion.
